Every piece of Bent Rod Outlaw gear is made to order — we do not sit on inventory, so nothing sits in a warehouse getting stale. Here is exactly what happens after you hit checkout, and what it costs.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We are not shipping internationally yet. If you are outside the US and want a piece, email hello@bentrodoutlaw.com and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you.
How long it takes
Two clocks run back to back:

Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting holidays. New designs, big drops, and the run-up to Christmas can push production toward the long end of that window. You get a tracking number by email the moment the label prints.
What shipping costs
Shipping is charged per item and is calculated at checkout before you pay. Current US rates:

Order more than one item and the rates add together, because items are often printed and shipped separately from different production facilities. You will always see the exact total on the checkout page before you enter payment details.
Split shipments
An order with a hat and a shirt in it may arrive in two boxes on two different days. That is normal and there is no extra charge beyond the per-item rate you already saw at checkout. Each shipment gets its own tracking number.
Tracking, wrong addresses, and lost packages
Tracking is emailed automatically. Check your spam folder before you email us — it is almost always there.
Please double-check your address at checkout. A package returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped, but you will need to cover the second shipping charge.
If tracking says delivered and the package is not there, give it 48 hours — carriers scan early more often than you would think. After that, email us and we will work it out with you.
